Questions
Plain answers.
If your question is not here, ask us; we answer in writing.
What is the platform, in one sentence?
A connected system that captures how operational work is really done, governs it into approved procedures, trains people on exactly those versions, proves handovers when people move on, keeps compliance evidence, and reports from all of it.
Is anyone using it in production?
Not yet. The capabilities we describe are built and tested in our code unless marked otherwise; we are looking for the first pilot organisations. We would rather tell you that than imply otherwise.
Is there a free trial?
No. Self-service sign-up is not open and no trial is offered. The product tour and guided demonstrations are free. A controlled pilot is a different thing: a founder-approved engagement with a defined scope, duration and success criteria, under written terms.
What is the difference between a controlled pilot and a paid pilot?
A controlled pilot is founder-sponsored and carries no charge; a small number are approved, each with agreed scope, duration, success criteria and privacy and security terms before any customer data is accepted. A paid pilot is a separate commercial engagement, priced after discovery. Neither is self-service.
How much does it cost?
Prices are not published yet. Commercial terms are agreed after discovery. A controlled pilot carries no charge or commitment; a paid pilot is priced after discovery.
Does the AI write and publish procedures by itself?
No. A model may propose a first draft from a recording; a named person reviews, corrects, approves and publishes it. Report suggestions use deterministic rules and call no AI model.
Is this a way to monitor or score staff?
No. Recording points at the work, not at a person's day. There is no location tracking, screen watching or productivity scoring, and transition records cannot hold a rating of anyone.
Do you hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001?
No certification is held or claimed today. Our security baseline is automated in our build pipeline, and we will answer procurement questions in writing, including where something is not yet in place.
Will my data be used in a pilot?
Only after written pilot terms and an appropriate data agreement are in place, and only for the agreed scope. Demonstrations use fictional data only.
Which industries is it for?
Any operation that depends on repeatable work done well by people who come and go. We illustrate seven; none implies a customer deployment or certification in that industry.
