Report Studio

Report from records, not from recollection.

Reports built from the governed records the platform already holds — procedures, reviews, publications, training and evidence coverage — with the provenance of every figure shown and groups too small to report safely suppressed. Reporting on transitions and compliance is not built yet.

From business question to report

How a question becomes an authorised report.

Select a stage. Each says what is built today and what is not.

Built and tested

“Show transition readiness by department, including pending evidence and approvals.” Typed in plain words.

Today: questions are turned into reports by deterministic rules, with no AI model. On the roadmap: a model-backed assistant working inside the same permission and validation gate.

Ask in your own words

Plain-language requests, without a model guessing.

Describe the report you want. Deterministic rules suggest one, and the suggestion is checked against the measures and locations you are allowed to see before you are shown it. Nothing runs until you choose to.

Exactly what happens: no AI model is called and your question is not stored. AI-assisted analysis is on the roadmap with the governed AI foundation, not in the product today.

How it works

Governed data in, reproducible reports out.

  1. 01Choose governed dataMeasures come from the platform's own records; you see only the locations and measures your role allows.
  2. 02Build or askCompose the report yourself, or ask in plain words and review the suggested definition.
  3. 03Run with provenanceEvery figure shows where it came from, so a reader can check it.
  4. 04Save, schedule, reproduceA saved definition runs the same way again; a scheduled one runs on its own.
  5. 05Protect individualsSmall groups are suppressed; there is no individual productivity scoring.

What exists today

Built and tested; email delivery is next.

Scheduled report files are produced in English today; more languages follow with the internationalisation work.

Bring the report your leadership asks for every month.

In a pilot we build it from governed records, with its provenance shown, and you judge whether it is the one you would trust.
